PVS Plumbing runs on two parallel tracks. Domestic work for Penrith homes, and industrial and commercial work for the manufacturing sites, pubs, clubs and warehouses that have kept us booked for two decades. Same workshop, same crew, same standard either side.

Most plumbers pick a side. We’ve run both, in roughly equal balance, since the workshop opened. Industrial keeps us sharp on compliance and safety. Domestic keeps us close to home. Each side benefits from the other.

Four operating commitments that hold whether we’re swapping a tap cartridge or installing a backflow on a manufacturing site.
Safety first.
SWMS, lock-out tag-out, PPE on industrial sites. Drop sheets and isolation in homes. Every job starts the same way.
Quality fittings.
The brand on the box matches what we’d put on our own site. We don’t fit budget-bin gear on either side of the workshop.
Honest quoting.
One quote, full scope. If we discover something unforeseen mid-job, we stop, explain, and re-quote. You only continue if you agree.
12-month guarantee.
Workmanship warranty on every job, parts and labour both. Same window on a backflow as a bathroom mixer.

Do you do both domestic and industrial work?
Yes, both. Industrial manufacturing is the core of the business and has been for over twenty years. Domestic work runs alongside it. Same workshop, same crew, same standard. We don’t sub-out either side.
What’s actually outside your scope?
A few specific things. We don’t do sewer or pipe relining (we may add it down the track). We’re not in the medical or dental fit-out space. We don’t take on civil works (sewer mains, large-scale stormwater infrastructure, that scale of project). And we’re not registered to handle the STC rebate paperwork for heat pump installs — we can recommend a partner who is.
Do you do bathroom and kitchen renovations?
The plumbing side, yes. Rough-in, fit-off, hot water relocations, gas line extensions, fixture installs. We don’t do the tiling, waterproofing or full builder scope, but we work alongside builders who do or as the plumbing lead on smaller refurb projects.
Can you handle commercial backflow compliance?
Yes. Backflow site and zone protection installs, annual compliance testing, and replacements. Paperwork lodged with the water authority on your behalf. This is one of our most-requested industrial services, especially for cafés, hospitality venues, and manufacturing sites with potable water systems.
Do you have account terms for ongoing site work?
Yes. We have long-standing accounts with manufacturing and hospitality clients. Terms agreed up front, SWMS on request, certs of currency for any commercial or industrial job, and after-hours and weekend installs available to keep your trading day intact.
What pipework materials do you work with?
Seven: copper, stainless, PVC, HDPE, PE, PEX and aluminium. We can run mixed-material lines with appropriate transition fittings. This breadth is one of the reasons our industrial clients have stayed with us — most domestic plumbers don’t go beyond copper and PEX.
What’s your workmanship guarantee?
12 months on workmanship, parts and labour both. If something we did fails inside that window, we come back and fix it free. Manufacturer warranties on units pass through to you separately and we’ll handle the claim if it’s something we installed.
