Six promises, written down where everyone can see them. No asterisks, no “conditions apply”, no fine print doing the heavy lifting. This is how PVS turns up to a job and exactly how to hold us to it. If we break one, you’ll hear “sorry”, and then you’ll see it fixed.
Most trade promises list what a business will do. Ours start with what we refuse to do because in this trade, that’s usually where trust gets lost. Each one comes with a way to check we kept it.
Ring 0412 045 854 on a weekday between 7am and 4pm and a plumber picks up the same trade who might be standing in your kitchen later. No menus, no scripts, no “your call is important to us”. Describe the problem and you’ll get a straight read on what it’s likely to be and roughly what fixing it involves.
You get a real number before the work starts not a teaser rate that grows legs. If we open the job up and find something the quote didn’t cover, the tools stop and you hear about it first. Nothing lands on the invoice that you haven’t already said yes to.
You’ll know what’s wrong, what we’re doing about it, and what your options are in plain English, not trade-speak. If the cheaper repair is the right call, that’s the one we’ll recommend, even when the dearer one would pay us more.
Drop sheets down, boots covered or off at the door, offcuts and old parts leave in the van. The job isn’t finished until the spot we worked in looks at least as good as we found it.
Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something we did fails inside that window, we come back and put it right no invoice, no argument, no “that’ll be a call-out fee”. Want it in writing on your quote? Ask. It’ll be there.
Licensed NSW plumber and gas fitter licence 309265C, on the public record. Compliance certificates are issued where the job calls for them, and a certificate of currency is available on request handy if you’re a strata, a landlord or a business.
If our workmanship fails within 12 months of the job, we come back and put it right at no charge. Not “we’ll take a look and see”, not “parts and labour extra” fixed, full stop.
What it covers: the work we did with our own hands. What it doesn’t: an appliance failing inside its own manufacturer’s warranty. If a quick look tells us that’s the problem, we’ll say so on the spot and point you to the right place no charge for that. But if getting to the bottom of a fault takes real investigation or fault-finding, that’s chargeable work, and we’ll tell you the cost before we start, not after.
No promise means much without a plan for the day it gets tested. This is ours three steps, no run-around.
