Up on the roof, find the actual leak point (rarely where the stain is), repair the cause. Flashing, tile, ridge cap, valley join, or a vent that’s done its years. Investigative work is paid time.
All gutters cleared of leaves, twigs and sludge. Outlets to downpipes flushed. Checked for fall and seal at the joints. The most common ongoing job, especially around gum-heavy streets.
Section of gutter that’s rusted through, sagging, or pulled away from the fascia. Cut out and replace the failed section in matching Colorbond, reseat the brackets, reseal the joints.
Downpipe broken at the dropper, disconnected from stormwater, or the stormwater outlet itself collapsed underground. Cut and replace what’s failed, reconnect to the line, water flows where it should.
