§02 / Why Springwood calls us
Springwood plumbing, by people who know the mid-mountains block.
Springwood is a busy mid-mountains town centre wrapped in bushland, with a lot of older character homes on sloping sites. It’s cooler and wetter up here than down on the flat, so stormwater, retaining and long drain falls are usually the conversation.
That’s the difference between a plumber who runs the highway every week and a city outfit with a landing page. We’ve been doing this 20-plus years and Springwood is part of our regular run.

A character town on cool, wet ground.
A lot of the original pipework and earthenware drainage is still in the ground, and the wet sloping blocks keep it busy.

We check the falls, clear blocked lines and get stormwater well clear of the house and footings before the next big rain.

Roots get into every joint up here. We jet, root-cut and CCTV the line to find what’s really blocking it.
