Castlereagh plumbing, by people who know the river-flat acreage.
Castlereagh is river-flat country — semi-rural blocks north of Cranebrook on the Nepean, much of it under a flood overlay. These aren’t suburban allotments; they’re acreage properties, often on tank and pump, with drainage and service runs sized for a big block.

River-flat acreage on tanks, pumps and long runs.
Castlereagh properties carry rural-fringe plumbing on low ground. We see the same jobs out here over and over.
Pressure pumps that lose prime or cycle.
Rainwater and pressure pumps eventually short-cycle, lose prime or fail. We diagnose, remove and refit on site; if it needs a rebuild that goes to a pump specialist off-site, then we put it back in.

Yes — Castlereagh is part of our regular service area, about fourteen minutes north of base, at the same rates as any Penrith job. Same plumber, same 12-month workmanship guarantee.
We’re on the flats and drainage is slow. Can you help?
That’s common on the river flats. We clear, jet and CCTV stormwater and surface drainage so water has somewhere to go, and tell you straight what the line actually needs.
My pump keeps cutting in and out. Can you fix it?
Yes — that’s a regular job out here. We diagnose, remove and refit pumps on site. If yours needs a full rebuild that goes to a pump specialist off-site, then we reinstall it and get supply running again.
How fast can you get to my address?
Standard hours are 7am to 4pm weekdays, Mon to Sat. When we book in we’ll give you a target arrival window. After 4pm and weekends carry an uplifted rate, disclosed before we book in.
We’re on tank water and a septic system. Do you handle that?
We do. Tank and pump supply, plus the household plumbing and drainage that feeds an on-site wastewater system. If the tank or treatment unit itself needs servicing, we’ll point you to the right specialist.
What’s your workmanship guarantee?
12 months on workmanship, parts and labour both. If something we did fails inside that window, we come back and fix it. No excess, no fine print.
