Fourteen minutes from us to home or site.
The workshop is in Penrith, straight down the M4 to Erskine Park Road. We work standard hours through the week, and when we book in we’ll give you a target arrival window — for a house or a warehouse.
Erskine Park has two faces — a 1980s brick-veneer estate and one of Western Sydney’s big logistics precincts off Aldington Road. It’s fourteen minutes via the M4 and Erskine Park Road from our Penrith workshop, and we work both sides of it: the family home and the distribution warehouse. You get the same plumber and the same target arrival window whether it’s a leaking mixer or a backflow compliance test.
Erskine Park is two suburbs in one. There’s the 1980s residential estate — brick-veneer homes on slab, the plumbing stock of that era — and there’s the logistics estate off Aldington Road, full of distribution warehouses and transport depots that need real commercial plumbing.
That’s the difference between a Penrith-based plumber who runs both domestic and industrial crews and a Sydney plumber with a landing page who only does one or the other.
The workshop is in Penrith, straight down the M4 to Erskine Park Road. We work standard hours through the week, and when we book in we’ll give you a target arrival window — for a house or a warehouse.
The distribution estate runs on backflow prevention that needs annual compliance testing. We install backflow devices and carry out the yearly testing, with the paperwork lodged properly.
Brick veneer on slab, the plumbing they used in the eighties, hot water units near end of life and original wet-area drainage. The bread-and-butter of the residential streets.
Erskine Park, St Clair, Colyton and the surrounding corridor — homes one street, warehouses and depots the next, all on the run we do every day.
Erskine Park is fourteen minutes from base via the M4. Standard hours are 7am to 4pm weekdays, Mon to Sat. When we book in, we’ll give you a target arrival window — domestic or commercial.
Domestic work for Erskine Park homes, full industrial and commercial work for the logistics estate. Same plumber, same standard, same guarantee.
Hot water units cooking themselves in summer, slow drains in original waste lines, weeping mixers on high mains pressure, renovation rough-in and fit-off.
Backflow installs and annual compliance testing, plant and equipment, process water, emergency shower and eyewash testing, and depot amenities. SWMS supplied, certs of currency on file, account terms available.
Erskine Park throws up two distinct sets of jobs — eighties domestic stock on one side, commercial compliance and warehouse plumbing on the other. We see both regularly.
Commercial and industrial sites carry backflow prevention devices that need annual compliance testing by a licensed tester. We install them and carry out the yearly test, lodged properly.
Backflow testingDistribution sites mean staff amenities, wash bays, trade waste and process water, plus the odd burst main across a big slab. We work to site inductions and supply SWMS.
Drainage and trade wasteStandard units in the estate regularly tap out a couple of years early. We can usually swap and dispose of the old unit in the one visit.
Hot water replacementsA pressure limiting valve keeps high mains pressure in check. When it ages out you’ll hear hammering or see weeping mixers. We test the pressure and sort the valve.
Taps and mixersWe do the plumbing scope for bathroom and kitchen renos, where original wet-area drainage often needs to start again. Rough-in to fit-off.
Renovation plumbingLong-running industrial and commercial accounts across the Penrith LGA and the Erskine Park logistics estate. The same crew, the same workshop, the same standard.
The questions that come up over and over. Plain answers, no hedging.
Ring the workshop and book in on the spot. Or send the job through and we’ll come back with a real number within 48 hours.
