§02 / Why Mulgoa calls us
Mulgoa plumbing, by people who understand acreage on tank and pump.
Mulgoa isn’t quarter-acre suburbia. It’s big rural blocks in a valley — homesteads that predate town water out this way, modern rural homes, and a lot of properties running on rainwater tanks, pumps and on-site wastewater systems rather than the full mains setup.
That’s the difference between a Penrith-based plumber who actually works rural-fringe properties and a Sydney plumber who’s never run a service line a hundred metres from the road to the house.

Acreage living on tanks, pumps and long runs.
Mulgoa properties carry a different set of plumbing than a suburban block. We see the same rural-fringe jobs over and over.
Pressure pumps that lose prime or cycle.
Rainwater and pressure pumps eventually short-cycle, lose prime or fail. We diagnose, remove and refit on site; if it needs a rebuild that goes to a pump specialist off-site, then we put it back in.

Are you local to Mulgoa?
Yes — Mulgoa is part of our regular service area, about sixteen minutes south of base. You pay the same rates as a Penrith job — same plumber, same 12-month workmanship guarantee, and the same target arrival window.
My pump’s lost prime or keeps cutting in and out. Can you fix it?
That’s a common one out here. We diagnose, remove and refit pumps on site. If yours needs a full rebuild that goes to a pump specialist off-site, then we reinstall it and get the supply running again.
We’re on tank water, not mains. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We work on tank-fed and pump-fed homes all the time — tank plumbing, switchover, overflow and the supply side that keeps pressure steady through the house.
How fast can you get to my address?
Standard hours are 7am to 4pm weekdays, Mon to Sat. When we book in we’ll give you a target arrival window. After 4pm and weekends carry an uplifted rate, disclosed before we book in.
We’re on a septic or treatment system. Do you handle that?
We handle the household plumbing and drainage that feeds an on-site wastewater system. If the tank or treatment unit itself needs servicing, we’ll tell you straight and point you to the right specialist.
What’s your workmanship guarantee?
12 months on workmanship, parts and labour both. If something we did fails inside that window, we come back and fix it. No excess, no fine print.
